☕ Collecting Coffee Grounds from Uni Coffee Roastery – July 8, 2025

On July 8, 2025, we visited a popular café located in Motomachi Chukagai called Uni Coffee Roastery. We gathered their used coffee grounds to also turn them into natural fertilizer for local gardens and community initiatives as part of our continuous efforts to cut waste and encourage sustainable living.

As a sign of gratitude, we purchased a vanilla mocha latte, one of their specialty drinks, which was both tasty and comforting, even in this hot summer weather; we suggest you buy this if you get a chance to visit them!
