🥬 Tansaibo and Dragon Dining Collection – September 3, 2025

We continued our food waste collection efforts today through working with Tansaibo, Dragon Dining, the cafeteria at Yokohama International School. We collected 1.6 kg of vegetable scraps in total, which will be turned into organic fertilizers.

In addition to avoiding unnecessary CO2 emissions, the conversion of these waste materials produces resources that can be used to directly assist nearby farms. Through this cycle, we can transform possible waste into a resource that supports sustainable agriculture and builds community.
