Overview from September 2nd (missed post) ~ September 15th, 2025

We have collected 3.2 kg of leftover lettuce and carrot peels. This might not seem like much, but it adds up to a significant amount of food waste. We've also avoided about 6.08 kg of CO2 emissions by keeping this out of the landfill.

We've put up a straightforward collection box system at Dragon Dining where they can put their vegetable scraps straight in order to make the process more convenient for everyone. They can contribute more easily and we can collect more effectively in this way.
