We visited Tansaibo, a welcoming local yakiniku restarurant, following a brief lunch break at a convenience store. After extending a warm welcome, the staff gave us a batch of food prep scraps, such as vegetable skins and herb stems, which we can now use to make nutrient-rich compost.
Seeing restaurants work together to repurpose food waste is always encouraging. We appreciate your contribution to the development of a more mindful and circular food system, Tansaibo.
