🥬 Weekly Collection Update – Tansaibo – August 3, 2025

We visited Tansaiboon August 3rd as usual to gather food scraps for composting. Tansaibo made an amazing contribution this week, even though Koma was unable to supply any scraps.

We gathered 3.2 kg of fruit and vegetable scraps from Tansaibo alone. To help local farms and gardens, all of the scraps were turned into fertilizers. Stay alert for our visits to farms during the latter weeks of August!

We appreciate Tansaibo's ongoing dedication to cutting waste and collaborating with us to create a more sustainable food cycle. Progress continues to grow 🌱
